We used Sam’s French Drain to help improve water drainage in our backyard. We called around and got several quotes, but Sam listened to our concerns and was the most thorough in explaining the job and providing a detailed quote. He uses the highest quality materials and ensures the customer knows what work he is doing and explains how the system works. We had Sam’s French Drain come out recently to our home with several underground landscaping drains. They hadn’t been cleared for several years and were quite clogged. We initially had trouble finding anyone even willing or able to do the work. But eventually we found “Sam’s”. Sam had the experience, the equipment—and most importantly—the desire to properly clear the drains. He did a fantastic job and takes pride in his work. I’d strongly recommend Sam (and company) if you’ve got French or buried landscape drains. He’s a pro!
After spending over an hour evaluating my system, Sam indicated I had a high quality sewage pump, not usually installed in home systems, but it was not installed deep enough to allow the water to drain. He quoted a price which included lowering the pump correctly so it would drain into the drainage pipes he would install so water would drain into the street. He had city workmen come to indicate underground pipes, made the trench to install, and then replaced the sod strips he removed. All work done efficiently. I have not had any water seepage since Sam evaluated and repaired my system. Not only do I appreciate the quality work and supplies, but I value Sam's honesty. In Sam I found a person who only repaired and united the already installed parts of my drsinage system so they would work together properly.
Sam was on time, ready to go, solved my drain issues. He took the time to educate, not sell, on drainage and we can improve over time. He is very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. I recommend his services.
I dealt with 2 company's locally before i called Sam's and both sold big box store materials. I do not trust those materials for longevity and found Sam's carries what I needed for my drain to be worry free. Make no mistake if you have yard drainage issues call Sam. I've had two previous French Drains and it was a waste of time and money, low grade materials were used and they both failed over time. Sam is thorough, earnest hardworking and knows his business. The materials used were commercial grade. He was on schedule and kept us informed step by step. Sam and his team are the people you call when you need anything done in your yard but especially drainage issues. We Had drainage issues in our backyard where a low spot was causing water to flood into an external garage. Sam came out and gave me multiple solutions and quick estimates. Working with his team went smoothly. They ended up installing a sump pump in a pit and routing all the water underground to the street. Excellent work and professionalism. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Sam’s the Man! My yard drain was full of dirt and debris. Muddy water barely flowed out of the drain pipe. When Sam finished hydro cleaning the drain, the water flowing out of the drain was crystal clear. Sam worked steadily with no breaks to ensure he gave value for his hourly rate. Outstanding service! Sam came out to install downspout drains for me, I was having constant water pooling on my flower beds due to the downspouts. Sam was very detailed and informative, walking me through the whole process as he worked on my drain. Sam's pricing is slightly higher then the other companies I called but he went above and beyond from the very beginning, explaining every detail of his process even before he started working with me. I needed some pipe to do an underground drainage system from my downspouts. I found Sam while looking at another web site that recommended him. Sam was responsive to my call and had the 4 inch pipe I needed. Not only did he have it he delivered to the house which made things really easy. The 4 inch pipe is not the black thin stuff but a heavy blue colored corrugated piping called ARMOR solid pipe. He also has the slotted pipe. Both in 100ft rolls. Great small personal company. I called Sam to fix my drainage problem which was not resolved from a previous company. The previous reviews helped me on selecting Sam. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work done. The system he installed is neat and effective. It’s a beauty to go outside in the rain and watch it work. The water is removed immediately from the land and out where it’s designed to go . Sam takes pride in his work with great communication. What I admired the most is the Sam taking other situations in consideration that I was not thinking about, like tying the drainage water from the pool deck into the system. My deck and yard are restored to normal quickly after the rain . Look no further if you need this type of work done.

My back patio area has standing water after it rains. I called Sam's French Drains to perform hydro-jetting of the drainage system. Sam took the time to explain the problem and told me the process of clearing the clogged drainage system. He was very thorough and determined to get the job done right. A week later I asked him to put in a clog free pop-up and extend the drainage beyond my sidewalk out to the street. Sam had to dig under the driveway. Now I have drainage out to the road and no standing water in the patio area or the sidewalk outside my house. I highly recommend Sam to take care of any drainage issues you may have.

I live in Lake Nona and my yard was a swamp. I had previously hired 2 other contractors who both did inferior work. Then I called Sam's because of neighbors recommending them. They did amazing work for my neighbors and me. Sam's installed high quality French Drains and we get nothing but compliments. Sam is a French Drain Nerd he loves them and I would not use anyone else.
Sam has done a few projects for us and we have been very happy each time. We had a downspout drainage system put in which cleared the sitting rainwater from the side of the house and a paved pathway built, along with some additional smaller jobs. Sam is very responsive, reliable and above board. All projects are reasonably priced and timelines are clear. All work is done to a very high professional standard and he goes the extra mile, checking back to ensure things are working as they should be. Always happy to support this family business. Sam is so knowledgeable and his work was impressive. Even my husband, who is hard to impress, complimented Sam's work. This man knows what he's doing. I had 4 inch drains installed in my pool deck, but then I had my yard crew install the French drains. All of them are clogged and improperly installed. Sam unearthed all the issues. He worked tirelessly until he pulled out huge root systems from my drains. No wonder rain was washing back through the enclosure into the pool. He even advised us on other drainage around the house. With hurricane season being here, we really need to correct and improve the irrigation around our pool and the house in general. I'm so glad we found him. His prices are very reasonable, too. As a DIY’er, with only a 25’ run of a French drain to build, I’m tackling the project of building an open French drain myself. Sam was amazing and helped guide me thru the entire process. He provided me with all the material (French Drain Man pipe and fabric) to do it. He took the time to walk me thru it to insure the project would be done correctly and last a few lifetimes. He truly has a passion for his work and an eye for detail and doing things right the first time. I’ve dealt with many contractors over the years, and my experience with Sam has been one of the best. We had a French drain that was backing up into a small courtyard on our property, causing a muddy mess every time it rained heavily. Sam unclogged the drain, but also advised me that the problem was that the drain was not installed properly originally. He proposed a new installation, which he quoted reasonably. The work was delayed by weather, but when finished exceeded my expectations. Sam is a true professional, very knowledgeable, reliable, and truly trustworthy. My backyard has a negative grade and sits at a lower level than the neighbors. This caused constant water accumulation near the foundation and wet backyard. Sam did a detailed study of the problem, provided expert guidance and installed the perfect french drain system i have ever seen. He is very knowledgable in his field of expertise. He uses top grade material and is very thorough with his job. Sam installed 100s of feet of double pipe french drain, sump pump and also connected the downspouts with a different kind of adapter for easy cleanout. I am glad i had Sam work on my water problem and am 100% sure I will not face any problems with water accumulation at my home. I would highly recommend Sam for all your french drainage requirements. The end result is worth every penny you spend with him.
